According to PAG-ASA, at 2AM today, the eye of Typhoon Marce (internationally known as Sinlaku) was located based on radar, satellite and surface data at 320 kms East NE of Aparri, Cagayan with max sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 170 kph. It is forecast to move North NW at 09 kph.
