Why is it that I get this feeling as if nothing's happening

Should it always be me who will step up*

Dude, I don't think and feel you're making any effort too

This isn't a one-way street

*I know I may not have been stepping up for the last 4 months

But come on, this isn't just about me making "the effort"

Sometimes I wonder if there's still that something worth effort-ing

if there's such a word

Because with the way I see things, parang wala na on your part

And slowly diminishing on my part
