ha!

I know.
That's why I'll just focus on my studies.
I won't think of it anymore.
Not a bit of it.
Period.

Another frustration entry

I envy people who took and are taking the path which they really wanted and have the passion for. I envy their determination to pursue a career, which would make them happy. I envy them, in a good way. I wish I have that much determination as they do.

(1) the famous Filipino travel blogger, who makes money out of it and gets to travel for free
(2) the famous Filipino fashion blogger, who also makes money out of it because of the ads displayed on his blog
(3) the famous American fashion icon, who gets invited to fashion events and makes money out of it as well
(4) fashion editor turned blogger and entrepreneur, who travels for free and tries stuff for feedback and review

I, on the other hand, wanted to take up Interior Design and probably, Fashion Design for a career. But lo and behold, I am in law school. One semester down, 7 more to go. I entered law school with a not-so heavy heart. I wanted it as well. Imagine, being conditioned since pre-school that law school comes after college (as if it's mandatory). But I think and believe that someday, soon, I'll be able to love this. God help me.

In fairness to law school, the first semester gave me the opportunity to appreciate its "beauty." I enjoyed Crim (not because I have a criminal mind) because it's the most applicable among the others--well, maybe as of now, since all the issues and controversies we're hearing in the news make use of crim. And it taught me new stuff, like a recidivist--a non-law student would not know this, I'm sure. Because it's in law school that I heard it for the first time. I just wish I had a different professor for Persons--I could have enjoyed it as well if our Professor made it exciting as Peralta did for Crim.

Oh well. 2nd sem is just around the corner. I'm both excited and not excited to go back to school. Excited because I have yet to meet Fr. B. Not excited because I'll be back to nerd mode, less party mode. Starbucks here I come again (hmm.. on the second thought, I can get that 2009 Starbucks planner early!)

Bagong Tuklas (A Discovery)

I didn't discover this place.
But my friends did.

EAT MY ENGLISH
Along Meralco Ave. near Metrowalk.

I was there last night with Block D and some friends. We drank until the wee hours of the morning (I think we left the place at 5am!). The place may be small, but it's a perfect place to celebrate one's party--just have it closed for your party and it's all yours! I also like the concept of the place, which displays on its walls (even on its menu) different "barok English" lines, such as The more the manier, What are friends are for, Thanks God, All of a suddenly, or Buhangin na Witch for its sandwich menu. Plus, it offers its alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices. Like a bottle of beer for P29 or a barrel for P280, or if you're in for cocktails, a glass is priced at P110.

A discovery for our inuman nights
Sawa na kami sa mga tao and ambience ng Good Earth sa Jungle.

Will post pics soon.

2nd sem in 2 days.

Yes, my happy days are ov-ah!
Back to reality.
2 more days to have fun fun fun.
